All prices and discounts posted are for internet online orders only. Please note that some items are gift boxed. These items are clearly marked as such. Items not specifically noted as boxed are packaged in the most effective way for shipping.

Shipping

Regular online orders generally ship within 48 hours of your layout proof approval. Large scale orders or orders with custom work require additional lead time.
Rush order production and expedited shipping are available whenever possible at additional cost. Contact us for the cost if you need your order within a short time frame.
All regular online orders are shipped ground service at our Super Saver Flat Rate Shipping. The rate is posted on the website and applies only to online orders that are shipped to a single address. Some selected products have Free Shipping, and are noted as such on the website..

Guarantee

We stand behind our products and guarantee them against damage or defects. Simply contact us within 30 days of purchase if you are not completely satisfied and we will replace the items or provide a full credit.

All on-line orders are submitted through our secure sever and are processed through Authorize.net - the nation's #1 gateway. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards.

 

Email Engraving Instructions

If you prefer, you can email your engraving instructions to us. Send them as a simple email or as an attached file - Word, Text etc. Any graphics can also be sent as email attachments. See below for info on logos and graphics.

 

Free Logos, Laser Engraving and Other Info

Laser engraving of wording and logos is free and included in the prices shown. Logos must be provided in acceptable file format. We prefer vector files - cdr, eps, ai - but can also work with " clean" 300 dpi tiff files.
Please note that " internet" logos or artwork are much too poor and are not acceptable for engraving. They look good on a computer screen but they lack the resolution for achieving quality results.
In regard to Perpetual Plaques the posted prices include laser engraving of the main plate and the first small plate when done at the time of the order.
Crystal and Glass awards are sand carved or laser engraved depending on the particular item.

Custom Acrylic Paperweights And Awards

If you want acrylic paperweights or awards in special designs or shapes let us know. We have hundreds ready to go. And if you really need something special we can make it. You just need to draw or sketch it and we will do the rest.

Layout Proofs

We will layout the engraving to your instructions as best fits the piece to be engraved. We will email you a pdf file of the proof. Adobe Acrobat Reader - free from Adobe - will open pdf files. You should check the proof for spelling, etc. After we receive your approval of the proof, we will proceed with the engraving.
Proofs will be sent for awards and plaques. Proofs will not be sent for items with small engraving tags such as desk items etc.
Also, you can send us a Word or text file with the layout as you want it. We will follow this guide and send you the proof based on it.

Trademarks And Copyrights

We assume that you have the legal right to use any and all trademarks, copyrights, etc. supplied to us for reproduction.
